AI automation & consulting

A useful starting point
for your workflow.

I work with small businesses and construction teams. Start with the paperwork, reporting, or coordination task that keeps coming back. We can talk through where AI may help, what a useful output looks like, and what a person still needs to check. I also teach practical AI, and I build straightforward websites.

How to begin

Define the task.
Then decide the scope.

A first discussion can clarify the bottleneck, the tools involved, and the limits of the available information. From there I can advise, build a focused workflow, or teach your team the task.

Any implementation, deliverables, timing and cost need to be agreed for your specific workflow. The examples below describe possibilities to explore; they are not demonstrations of a deployed service.

Focus area 01

Paperwork & data entry

When the same information passes through several forms, files or systems, begin by mapping where it comes from and where it needs to go.

Start with
The documents, fields and tools you use today.
Possible output
A consistent draft, organized record or handoff to evaluate.
Human review
Someone checks missing information, accuracy and permissions before records are used.

An illustrative workflow

Recurring paperwork

  1. Step 01

    Gather the inputs

    Forms, files and recurring paperwork

  2. Step 02

    Organize a draft

Sort details into a draft document. Flag missing information.

  3. Step 03

    Human review & use

A person checks the draft before using or sending it.

Illustration for discussion. The right workflow depends on your task and the information available; drafts need human review.

Focus area 02

Reporting & project updates

A useful report helps people understand what happened and what needs attention. Explore how scattered notes and photos could become a more structured draft.

Start with
Progress notes, selected photos and the questions your report needs to answer.
Possible output
A report structure with source references and open items for review.
Human review
The responsible person confirms facts, context and what is appropriate to share.

Field reporting

  1. Step 01

    Gather the inputs

Site photos, voice notes and project notes

  2. Step 02

    Organize a draft

Group the information into a report draft. Flag gaps to check.

  3. Step 03

    Human review & use

A person checks facts and context before sharing or using the report.

Focus area 03

Scheduling & coordination

Look at how tasks, reminders and updates move between people. A clear process starts with ownership, timing and a useful next step.

Start with
Your current task list, schedule and communication tools.
Possible output
An organized view of actions, owners and questions to resolve.
Human review
People confirm timing and commitments before reminders or updates are sent.

Project coordination

  1. Step 01

    Gather the inputs

Task notes, schedules and project updates

  2. Step 02

    Organize a draft

Group tasks and open questions into a coordination draft.

  3. Step 03

    Human review & use

A person confirms owners, timing and next steps before acting.

Training

Learn AI

I teach practical AI to people who run the work. It is not a computer-science course. We start from a task you already do and look at where a model can draft, sort, or summarize, and where you still have to decide.

A session is scoped in writing, the same way as a build: how long we meet, which documents we use, and what you should be able to do afterward. I do not publish a curriculum or a price until we name that session.

Secondary offer

Websites

I also build straightforward business sites: what you do, how someone reaches you, and pages that load. This site is the kind of page I mean. Websites sit behind automation and training.

I need your real copy, photos, and domain. I will not invent testimonials or a price before we agree on the pages.
