AI automation & consulting

AI handles
the busywork.
You still make
the call.

I help small businesses and construction teams with paperwork, reporting, and coordination. Training and a straightforward website are here when you want them.

Start with one recurring task, the tools you use today, and what you want to improve.

Reminders · Task tracking · Project updates

I also teach practical AI, with you or with your team, and I build straightforward websites.

Approach

One workflow.
A clear starting point.

A useful conversation starts with the inputs, the desired output and the people who need to check it. A small, well-defined scope makes the next step easier to evaluate.

  1. Understand the task

Describe the recurring work, the tools involved and where things slow down.

  2. Define a useful output

Choose a focused goal and agree what would make the workflow worth changing.

  3. Keep people in the loop

Discuss what can be automated, what needs review and how to judge the result.

Miles Goodman

The person behind Milestone

I’m Miles Goodman.

I am a site superintendent at W Principles, LLC in Kentucky and an MBA candidate at Northern Kentucky University. That field work is why I care about reporting, paperwork, and coordination. The construction pages are that job. They are not Milestone client work.
